How do deliveries work?
Local deliveries are FREE over $35. A $6 delivery charge applies under $35.
At this time, we will be conducting porch deliveries. Once your order is placed, we will set up a time to deliver. We will knock on your door/ring the bell and leave the items on the porch. We sanitize before delivering. If it is raining, we will ensure the items are protected, and/or see that you pickup the delivery. Otherwise, we will schedule a different day for drop off. All items are delivered in a kraft paper bag or box.
*There is a $2 jar deposit for refill orders. Once you are finished with your jars, please leave a note on your next order with how many clean + undamaged jars you have. We will pick them up when we deliver your order and credit your deposit back*

We are delivering 7 days a week at this time. We will contact you to set up the best time to deliver.

*We ship with eco-friendly packaging. We use recycled boxes, kraft paper filler (re-used from previous shipments), and paper tape. In some cases we reuse bubble wrap for delicate items*
CANADA-We currently ship via CANPAR or FEDEX. Rates vary by province. FREE shipping in Canada on orders over $125 (excludes Yukon, NW territories, & Nunavut). Shipping times vary by courier/location, but average 1-8 business days.
USA-We currently ship via FEDEX (in some cases UPS). Rates vary by state. FREE shipping within the continental USA on orders over $125. Shipping times vary by courier/location, but average 1-8 business days.
INTERNATIONAL-As rates are different to all countries, we will quote shipping on a case by case basis. When checking out, shipping will appear as $0. We will email you a quote for the shipping, and you can pay it at that time. If you would like to get a quote before ordering, please send us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org
*Please note that we cannot ship REFILL items. Due to the jar deposit/return, it is not possible for us to honor this system for shipping.
You are responsible for any duty charges associated with your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any time guarantees on the length of time it will take for your order to clear customs.

Delivery Purchases: Any unopened and unused products in their original condition may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a $6 delivery fee will apply for us to pick up the item. This fee is waived if you've placed a new order with us and we will be delivering to your door.
Shipping Purchases: Any unopened and unused products in their original condition may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs.
We cannot accept any returns on opened or used products at this time.
